Job Description
Job Purpose:
Provide administrative and operational support to facilitate the effective implementation of research, policy, stakeholder engagement, and reporting activities of the Centre of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities of the Centre.
- Schedule meetings, workshops, consultations, and stakeholder engagement events.
- Maintain records, databases, and documentation related to Centre activities.
- Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Support event logistics, registration, and participant coordination.
- Collect, consolidate, and classify inputs gathered during engagement events.
- Monitor action items and follow up with stakeholders and project teams.
- Assist in procurement, budgeting, and administrative processes.
- Support reporting requirements and document management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of administrative or operational support experience.
- Experience private sector preferred.
Competencies:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to leverage AI to automate/enhance efficiency of workflows
