Job Description

Job Purpose:

Provide administrative and operational support to facilitate the effective implementation of research, policy, stakeholder engagement, and reporting activities of the Centre of Excellence.

 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities of the Centre.
  2. Schedule meetings, workshops, consultations, and stakeholder engagement events.
  3. Maintain records, databases, and documentation related to Centre activities.
  4. Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
  5. Support event logistics, registration, and participant coordination.
  6. Collect, consolidate, and classify inputs gathered during engagement events.
  7. Monitor action items and follow up with stakeholders and project teams.
  8. Assist in procurement, budgeting, and administrative processes.
  9. Support reporting requirements and document management.
  10. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  1. 2–5 years of administrative or operational support experience.
  2. Experience private sector preferred.

 Competencies:

  1. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  2. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  6. Ability to leverage AI to automate/enhance efficiency of workflows
